Baby is Coming!!!!

I cannot believe that this baby is coming around June 14!!! That is less than 2 months people. I am more excited than I can even express. Oh Sammantha Ruth, I CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU! I just want to kiss those toes, pinch those cheeks and hold you close to me. I want to sing to you and tell you stories, watch those little legs kicking. Adam is adorable. His mom and I have both agreed that he is already the sweetest dad and have talked about how seeing him with the baby will make us both cry. He has talked to my belly, read it books, sang to it numerous times. He is a very excited daddy! BABY ROOM PREP: Adam has been working so hard to get that room how I want it. It is so coming along. I love that it has my favorite animals, including frogs, monkeys, and elephants. We just need to add a little pink and then we can switch to blue when we Ivan arrives in a couple of years lol. The only pink now is practically every item of clothing we have, that is all tutus hanging in the closet lol. He built the chest of drawers and the crib. He painted the changing table. Oh it is all coming along!

MY HEALTH

Well I am so determined to get some weight off after this baby. I knew it would be hard, but to be honest I had to idea how hard. And I hate hearing myself complain about it, because I know why it is so hard. I know pregnancy is hard on people no matter what, but I know the weight has made it extremely difficult. So I'm excited to turn that into motivation after I have little Sammi! :)

Baby Preparations

BEDROOM:
Well currently there is still some computer stuff to be moved, but most of it has been moved downstairs in Adam's new computer room.

We aren't going to paint the baby's room, because well tan will be best. I think painting it blue or pink would be silly because if we did then we' be sure to have a boy, girl, and then a boy again and who wants to change a room 3 times? Not I, indeed.

The theme is called jungle babies lol. You know me and my themes, I think everything must have a theme. I'm sure my friends wouldn't be surprised if in my will I decided to have a luaua funeral for myself or something. Silly Holly. But I looked online and in so many magazines to find the perfect theme before picking a crib-set. Adam doesn't really care two straws about a theme or anything, so thankfully its up to my heart's desire.

I couldn't help but be drawn to more of the animal themes-the ones in neutral tones. I couldn't decide between elephants, monkeys and the like.

Well the matter was resolved a few weeks ago when we happend upon USA Baby during their 1st trimester sale (can't afford to shop there any other time to be sure). We put a crib on layaway-a good strong pretty one. And then we found the Jungle Babies crib set there and I had to have it. Especially when I saw the elephant with a frog on its shoulder. There are also monkeys. All of my favorites! I so can't wait until its all paid for and the room is clear, for then we can really start to put things together.
