Just a Fat Blog: Cowabunga


Ok Holly girl, you are going to follow Weight Watchers from now on AND you are going to L-I-K-E it, (not like that girl you kissed lol).  Come now don't freak out - you KNOW you liked that catchy song.  No worries, I'm not from Lesbiana or anything (we still don't know where the egg they found under that rock came from.
I think I'm funny, but I'm really FAT!  I'm even fatter than I was then:
 
NOW is the time to do something about that "root beer belly" before you really do look like:

Holy Moly, do you ever feel overwhelmed from picking font types?  It used to be that Comic Sans was my favorite – but I think that was back when I was 10 and we barely had computers, so there was probably like a total of 10 different font types available.  It’s crazy picking them when there are like 1000 or something. And it always looks cool in like the sample, and then you pick it and it looks horrid.  But I digress…..

Anywho I’m weighing in tonight and I know I’m gaining.  So I keep using it as an excuse saying, oh I’ll be good once I weigh in – well that doesn’t work if it’s been 3 weeks since you’ve weighed in!  I’m so ALL or NOTHING.  I’m going to talk to my therapist about that today – nice Jewish lady.  J

So here is my plan to eat something like this (more protein, less carbs during the day):

·        Eggs & coffee

·        Cottage cheese

·        Turkey sandwich & veggies

·        Yogurt & fruit

·        Meat & veggies for dinner
Go me (you fat tub of lard you)!
 
(PS, I miss Bob Ross...did you know it was his birthday today???  I'm so sad without him...kinda.  Well at least I know he probably eats lunch up there with my grandpa)
