Remember my plan to eat this grub?: (more protein, less carbs during the day):

·        Eggs & coffee

·        Cottage cheese

·        Turkey sandwich & veggies

·        Yogurt & fruit

·        Meat & veggies for dinner

This is what I’ve had thus far:

·        Apple Jacks, coffee

·        Cheese stick & yogurt

Adam is on his way to Wendy’s to get us lunch, and what I really WANT is (seriously it’s like there is this beast inside me that wants yummy, fattening food):

           


What he is really getting me is:

   

We are having healthy stew tonight, so I’ll get my veggies in then.
