It is so hard over holiday
weekends. Not only is it Memorial Day tomorrow,
but my birthday the following day.
So being realistic I do not want to
gain. If I can just stay the same weight
that will be good.
Tonight some of my family came over
for a bbq. We did really good though as
we had none of the usual pasta salads and only had a green salad with it and no
desserts. So we didn’t do so bad. I should have had more water though. My goodness we had a fun party though! Teagan and Sammi swam in the pools in the
back and afterwards the adults played cards.
It was seriously a blast!
So tomorrow Adam’s family is having
a Memorial Day luncheon and celebrating my birthday. I’m pretty sure I’m getting a carrot cake for
my birthday. So that will definitely be
my cheat meal. Adam says I should take
all day for my birthday but I think that is a bad idea. So here is what I think will help:

I will continue to follow
diet all other meals on Monday & Tuesday
·
On my birthday we are going
to go to the Zoo and maybe swimming because these are really active! (The zoo has a lot of hills now that I
love/hate!)
·
I will also continue to
exercise
·
I will be perfect the rest
of the week
