Beast bugger bitch

……that’s what my Great-Great Grandmother (or something like that) used to say when she got angry – the only curse word she ever uttered (can’t even imagine).  I liked to say it (along with my other favorite curse words) as often as possible!  I like to think of her smiling at me carrying on her tradition lol (or rolling her eyes in dismay or whatever)

Man seriously this shit is hard work.  Doesn’t a habit take 2 weeks or whatever the hell.  Well this is week three and it is NO easier (have you figured it out, my talent for complaining??!!!).  Don’t you just want to pop a pill or turn on a station, close your eyes, and magically you are turned into a fit person?  It takes WORK.

I even take every shortcut I know of but I STILL feel like it’s a part time job.  This shiz takes time EVERY DAY:

·      Cooking chicken, rice, and veggies for lunch

·      Cooking similar healthy dinners

·      Making protein shakes, eggs, or other healthy things for breakfast

·      Planning the days workout

·      Working out each day (swimming takes a BIG chunk of my night)

·      Preparing healthy snacks

·      Planning for snacks & meals

·      Grocery shopping (healthy food also costs more)

I guess in our busy world, it just gets hard with everything so fast-paced.

Honestly by the time work is done, I just feel EXHAUSTED!  I don’t want to do ANYTHING, let alone prep all the meals for the next day and exercise.  I want to focus on being a mom, a wife, and a little R&R!  No rest for the wicked!

Just shut up fattie and keep it up lolz.  That’s what I keep telling myself, only in a NICER way.  I’m worth it right?!!!!

Think of the HAPPY thoughts – oh good Lord, now Julie Andrews ‘These are a few of my Favorite things’ is running through my head lolz.
But seriously, let’s think of a VERY happy thought.  PLAYING SOCCER.  Not being ashamed of my legs – wearing soccer shorts with my soccer socks and just being able to KICK ASS.  Being the SOCCER BITCH I’ve always wanted to be.  I don’t know what it is about soccer, but I just have always loved it!  The running, the mental part of it.  It just is SO fun.  Hell I played when I was 300 pounds.  But I want to play when I’m like 200 pounds.  I would be a force to be reckoned with.  THAT is making me very very happy!

So when I’m tired, exhausted, and sick of this tedious journey, this is one dream of mine I can envision to motivate me.
