So last night while swimming – well more like ‘water-walking’
with my dad, we were talking about life changes. I was telling him how we have to learn to eat
healthy all of the time and make it a life change. It is all in how you look like it. It is not actually a diet eating healthy,
that is just something you are supposed to do.
It only FEELS like a diet because we have been so bad for years and
years.
But it’s not like you have to be a rabbit the rest
of your life with only carrots, greens and waters. Here is what I feel like it will be like when
I’m healthy. And I could totally be
wrong, but I honestly feel like this is pretty realistic. I feel like I would be a LOT more active and
so I would probably only have to exercise 3 times a week. As far as eating, I think I would need to be
really good for 2 meals out of 3 and that 3rd meal would still need
to be mostly healthy. Healthy meaning
lean proteins, lower fat & sodium, and whole grains and lots of veggies and
fruits. Then maybe twice a week I could
probably indulge a little more – like if I went out one night or had pizza and
one night went to a wedding and had cake.
But yeah, 90% of the time I’d still need to eat pretty clean – lots of
veggies, whole grains, fruits etc etc.
I am SO sore from swimming, but as far as my
stomach and internally I feel better so that is a cool thing.
LATER…..
So we babysat tonight and in the madness I caved
and got pizza and ate LOTS of it!
Grrrr! Must do better!
Oh and this happened while we were babysitting –
LMAO!
(How did they know I should be in a padded room?!!!)
