Happy in a swimsuit!

The last couple of days I have been full of this powerful happiness!  I’ve been trying to tune into Sammi’s sheer delight of the universe.  Like yesterday she was in the wave pool just squealing as she would jump into the waves, and I just felt my soul lighten up and felt so lifted.  Remember that feeling of being free?  Like when you were swinging so high, not a care in the universe?

Life is such a blessing – every moment!  We have to not miss out on it. 

I have missed out on SO much in life, and I refuse to do it anymore.  I am taking my life back!

As we walked around, even though I was in pain and in a SWIMSUIT, I didn’t feel shame – even as HUGE as I am.  Even with some of the kids pointing and whispering at me.  It didn’t bother me, because I just felt inner happiness. I know that I’m not going to be this weight again.

It’s all about being happy, getting out there and moving (even when it hurts like something fierce) so that you can make your dreams come true.
